Job Description: Commercial Project Specialist

Latitude Recruitment Careers is seeking a skilled Commercial Project Specialist to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for minimising costs and risks on construction projects while meeting legal and quality standards.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing forecasts and estimates, tracking contract variations, and creating profitability reports from a commercial perspective. You will also be involved in project stages from preconstruction to final account from a commercial perspective.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare forecasts and estimates, track contract variations, and create profitability reports.
  2. Engage with clients, attend meetings, and produce valuations and cash flows.
  3. Procure subcontractors, negotiate prices, and manage contracts from initial contact to final account.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening to client needs and preparing reports.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of £62,500 - £82,500, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
