Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead to join our Adult ADHD Service. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist clinical advice and support to colleagues across the Trust.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, including nurses and healthcare assistants, and supporting the induction, training, and ongoing development of new team members within the Adult ADHD Service.

We are looking for an individual with 2 years of experience in a similar role, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Professional Qualification and experience of leading a team or service development are essential for this position.
