About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead in Adult Rehabilitation Services to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading our adult rehabilitation services and working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Band 6 physiotherapist in adult rehabilitation and will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the needs of our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our adult rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our adult rehabilitation services and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and appraisal of team members
  • Provide formal and informal training and education to staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MSc or BSc in physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in community outpatient, acute, and rehab in-patient services
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
