Role Overview



Shire Healthcare is currently seeking a Clinical Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead our rehabilitation and low secure service for adults with learning disability and complex mental health needs.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes, working closely with hospital directors, service directors, and medical directors.
  2. Lead the multidisciplinary team of the therapeutic service, promoting collaborative working practices and driving high-quality care standards.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and evidence-based practice across the team.
  4. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to develop and implement strategies that promote patient-centered care and improved health outcomes.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and achieve excellent patient experience and outcomes.
