Compass Associates is a reputable company that provides case management services. We are currently seeking a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in the North Yorkshire region.

This is a home-based position, with travel across North Yorkshire to visit clients with complex rehabilitation needs due to brain, spinal cord or catastrophic injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro rehab and be registered with the NMC, HCPC or SWE.

The successful candidate will have access to comprehensive training, regular clinical supervision, and participation in a company-wide quarterly bonus scheme. This role offers opportunities for career progression, learning and development, and an excellent support network from senior leadership and admin teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 DOE, plus car allowance, mileage expenses, and a laptop/phone provided. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, Speech Therapy, or Physiotherapy, and significant experience working as a Clinical Case Manager or in a related field.

The interview process consists of two stages: an informal phone call followed by a Teams/face-to-face interview with the Business Director and Clinical Lead.
