Vitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Director to lead the development of new pathways and partners to be offered to our members as part of our everyday care proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to lead the development of new pathways and partners to be offered to our members.
- Manage the everyday care team to ensure transformation and optimisation of current everyday care journeys.
- Work with and lead development and design teams on pathway design to ensure all member journeys are clinically safe and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
- Develop and lead new and existing operations workflow design to ensure seamless, integrated, clinically safe member journeys are created.
- Lead the development of new pathways and partners to be offered to our members.
- Support and manage the writing, editing, documenting, and publishing of clinical content to ensure accuracy from a clinical perspective.
- Represent Vitality at external conferences and events to build our global reputation for innovative provision of healthcare to our members.
- Lead clinical due diligence of new and potential partners, including reviewing their offerings and processes.
Requirements:
- Clinically qualified with GMC registration desirable.
- At least 10 years healthcare or health sector experience, ideally as a practicing physician.
- Comprehensive knowledge of primary care system set-up and how digital products can be implemented within them.
- Demonstrable interest or experience in one or more of the following: Primary Care, digital health, digital transformation, clinical care delivery.
- Can demonstrate strong and successful track record of cross-functional working in a large, matrixed organisation, and evidence of ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has proven understanding of UK health regulatory environment, clinical governance and audit processes and practices and quality measures in primary care.
- Experience with project or programme management.
- PC literate with excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint Excel applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
