Cafe Bar Team Leader

As a Cafe Bar Manager at Bannatyne Health Club, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service and high standards of food and beverage quality. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with supervisory experience in a food environment. You should have a Food Hygiene certificate and be able to work under pressure, showing initiative and a positive attitude. The role will include some duty management shifts and the opportunity to develop relationships within the local area to establish Bannatyne's as the market leader.
