About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
  • Monitor and control costs, including stock levels, inventory, and waste management
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe bar and increase sales
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
