About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne Health Club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our cafe bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the cafe bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
