With a strong background in learning disabilities, complex care packages, and behaviours, you will lead our multi-site team to provide exceptional care and support.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with:

  1. A proven track record as a Registered Manager.
  2. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits that include pension scheme, life assurance, and more.
