Domiciliary Care Services Manager Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Think Care, a leading provider of home care services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, and managing staff and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of comprehensive care plans
- Liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable
- Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next challenge
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
