SEND Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant in a dynamic mainstream school in Sunderland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to make a positive impact on young people's lives. As a member of our team, you will work closely with students who require additional support, offering one-on-one guidance and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Individualised Learning: Assist students with their academic progress, providing tailored support and developing effective learning plans.
  • Behaviour Management: Help maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and reinforcing school policies.
