Job Description: Robust Services Support Assistant

Fair Deal is a leading provider of social care services, offering support to individuals with complex needs.

As a Robust Services Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  3. Monitor and record client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  4. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and respond to changing priorities.
