Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Helpdesk Operations Manager to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our building maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working in an operations centre of a building maintenance contract, with knowledge of national housing schedules and rates. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop a small team of administrators.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all job information is recorded accurately onto our clients' job management systems, and that the right information is issued to tradesmen. You will also be required to assist with training, coaching, and developing the team, as well as managing conflict and issues that may arise.

You will work closely with our contract team to ensure that all office staff are providing excellent customer service, and will be responsible for highlighting any issues or trends to supervisors and the contract manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the end-to-end process of delivering perfect repairs for customers
  • Assisting with training, coaching, and developing administrators
  • Managing conflict and issues within the team

The salary for this role is £30,160 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 31 days annual leave, a flexible leave scheme, and a defined contribution pension scheme.
