About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Helpdesk Supervisor to join our team in Woking. You will work on a full-time, permanent basis and be responsible for ensuring the right information is being recorded onto our job management systems.

Job Requirements:
  • Good geographical understanding of the Woking area, including main highways, best routes, and travel times between locations.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks/activities that can be undertaken by each trade group.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience working in an Operations Centre of a Building Maintenance Contract, relevant qualification in Business Administration or Customer Services, and good communication skills.
