Job Title: Global Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to join our team at Randox Laboratories. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving our market expansion plans and delivering across our existing sales targets via effective distributor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market expansions to increase overall sales.
  • Negotiate with senior stakeholders and implement growth strategies.
  • Direct management of a sales team: Sales Executives, Tele Sales, Sales Support etc.
  • Recruit, train and develop the Sales team to exceptional Sales/Business Development Executives and Team Leads.
  • Management of key accounts.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Liaising with other internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, Finance, QA etc.
  • Attend industry specific seminars and exhibitions as required.
  • Regular travel to visit customers (25% travel).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years managing commercial teams.
  • Relevant industry experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing commercial teams.
  • Someone who can implement best practices to foster and lead internal partnerships with the focus of customers.
  • Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle.
  • Experience with recruitment and training sales talent.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Right to work in the UK.
