Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Team Manager to oversee our Guest Services team in the Bristol offices of a client in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide management and direction to a small team of Guest Services Hosts
* Be the first point of contact for all team members
* Use excellent coaching skills to create a culture of excellence
* Deliver world-class customer service
Requirements:
* Experience of working at Team Leader level, preferably within a Corporate Reception environment
* Open-minded, adaptable, and flexible approach
* Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
