Residential Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at The Applewood. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of our residential homes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping, as well as technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and ideally some IT skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular audits and maintenance tasks to ensure our Residents live in a safe and well-maintained environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary and Benefits:
