About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at NHS Lanarkshire. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks under pressure

Requirements

  • Standard grade level or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft packages
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
