About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to oversee and lead a team of Service Engineers and Installers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of CP12 landlord certifications in line with our clients' program, while upholding high standards of safety and quality across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Engineers and Installers, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end installation process, including pre-surveys, project management, and post-completion audits.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policies and Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
- Conduct Safety and Quality Assurance audits to maintain and improve service delivery standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding and induction of new Engineers and Installers.
- Buid and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive service experience.
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
Salary: £46,800 per annum
