About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our delivery team at Dreams as a Bedroom Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in serving our customers and ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without any issues.

Your working week will consist of 38.75 hours (excluding breaks), with the flexibility to work varying hours, including Saturdays. You will be paid in accordance with your total hours worked to accommodate daily route variations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly nature, and a passion for providing great customer service. With a current valid UK driving license and previous experience driving 3.5-tonne vans, you will be well-suited for this physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive one of our 3.5-tonne vans and work alongside an assistant to deliver high-quality home deliveries
  • Act as a professional representation of the Dreams brand at every touchpoint during delivery
  • Lift and handle furniture, such as mattresses and sofa beds, as part of your duties
  • Become an expert assembler through comprehensive training and develop strong relationships with customers

About You:
