About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children & Young People Mentor to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students, aged 11-16, with a focus on reading and literacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with varying needs and abilities
  • Monitor and track student progress, setting and reviewing individual learning targets and goals
  • Work closely with students to develop their reading and literacy skills, using a range of strategies and resources
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
