The ideal candidate will be a Cargowise Certified Professional with a deep understanding of all the modules, with at least 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support department reviews in line with the business improvement team
  • Document all requirements and background information
  • Identify and formulate possible solutions in CW1 - Workflow/Tags/Reports/Milestones
  • Evaluate pros and cons of each scenario and compatibility with existing constraints
  • Finalise solution and ensure responsible stakeholders are aware of spec and agreed timelines

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of CW1 and all the modules
  • Cargowise certified (CCP) Cargowise Certified Professional
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Professional, flexible, and personable approach to users
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels, including board level
  • Good communication skills, written, telephone, and personal

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Birmingham

Shift: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
