About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Requirements Capture Specialist to work on a variety of projects at First Recruitment Group. As a Requirements Capture Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of complex systems, ensuring they meet the specified needs and requirements of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing model-based systems engineering databases, including linkage to requirements and external evidence/document as required.
  • Providing metrics and progress information to support the wider monitoring and reporting of systems engineering progress as directed.
  • Maintaining configuration control and support to change management impacts throughout the programme lifecycle.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a 12-month contract, SC Clearance, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
