About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Capture and Model-Based Systems Engineering specialist to join our team at First Recruitment Group. As a Requirements Capture and MBSE specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of complex systems, ensuring they meet specified needs and requirements of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support requirement engineering activities to meet programme priorities (cost, schedule, performance).
  • Attend requirement working groups for projects as required and take minutes where directed.
  • Work with other technical disciplines (designer engineers and architects) to capture, understand, and document programme requirements.
  • Perform systems engineering modeling activities to meet project priorities (cost, schedule, performance).
  • Utilize MBSE principles to enhance system design, analysis, and verification processes.
  • Develop and manage model-based systems engineering databases, including linkage to requirements and external evidence/document as required.
