ABL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business development activities across the Midlands region, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to establish and execute clear sales strategies and detailed broker development plans with brokers and trading partners.
The successful Regional Development Manager will be responsible for managing a large panel of brokers and distribution partners, acting as the facilitator of all trading activity, and being personally responsible for the day-to-day and overall relationship management of designated accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business development plans to achieve sales objectives
- Managing relationships with brokers and distribution partners to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Representing the business at all levels with major distribution partners and customers
- Identifying and leveraging opportunities to create new relationships with brokers and other distributors
