Job Duties:- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
- Assist the qualified teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-to-one support for students with SEN
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:Previous experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of Special Educational Needs and how to support students with SEN
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication and listening skills
- We provide training in supporting students with Autism, ADHD, or other specific needs
- Work in a school setting
- Full-time hours during term-time
- Potential for additional training and development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
