Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in Manchester. This long-term role offers the chance to make a real impact on students' learning and development.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with students with Autism, tailoring support to meet their individual needs and helping them thrive in the classroom.
  • Provide targeted support in Maths, English, and Science at KS3 & KS4, ensuring students stay on track with the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Help students develop socially, emotionally, and academically, fostering their confidence and independence.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with Autism in a school setting is essential.
  • A strong understanding of KS3 & KS4 core subjects.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
