Competitive Salary and Benefits
This rewarding role comes with a salary range of £12-£13 per hour (weekdays) and £12.50-£14 per hour (weekends), plus mileage reimbursement. In addition, you'll be entitled to a variety of benefits and allowances, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, occupational paternity pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, and more.
Your Responsibilities and Challenges
As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for delivering tailored care and support to our clients, focusing on daily tasks, personal care, and medication management. Developing strong relationships with clients and their families will be crucial in ensuring outstanding care outcomes.
