About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recycling efforts in Chesterfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage weighbridge operations, including training and certification
  • Coordinate recyclable material collections and engage with the communication team to improve recycling rates
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including time sheets, absence management, and personnel records
  • Maintain accurate records and databases using various IT systems
  • Process new starters and leavers, and maintain staff folders on Google Drive
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and data entry
Requirements
  • GCSE standard or equivalent education
  • Working knowledge of Google applications, including mail, docs, and sheets
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
