About the Role

Inspire Health is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our administration team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house care, answering incoming calls, and maintaining accurate administrative work using various computer programs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of front-of-house care to patients and visitors
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and robust administrative work using computer programs
  • Ensure practice policies and procedures are adhered to

Person Specification

Essential

  • Experience in working with members of the public
  • Experience of working in a busy environment

Desirable

  • Previous medical reception work
  • Experience of clinical software systems

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a team
  • Willingness to develop new skills and undertake training

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 and above, or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Proven computer skills
