CFO Evolution - Custody Support Worker

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution Team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our participants.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team performance targets in line with contractual requirements.
* Collaborate with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to manage caseloads effectively and connect participants with resources for housing, substance use, physical and mental health, etc.
* Ensure effective case management and coordination of risk, with a focus on safeguarding adults and children. This includes timely notification of concerns regarding change in individual risk to the Probation Service and adherence to systems, policies, and procedures to support risk management.

**Requirements**

* IAG Level 3 (desirable)
* Experience managing a caseload of participants (desirable)
* Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.
