  • This is a unique opportunity to join Murphy as a UK Project Leader, overseeing HV Transmission projects across the region.\

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and manage large-scale HV transmission projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety standards are met.\
  3. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.\
  4. Foster effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring open communication and collaborative working practices.\
  5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to track project progress, performance, and financials.\
  6. Evaluate project risks, identify areas for improvement, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.\
  7. Work closely with the project team, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure successful project execution.\

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management) or equivalent experience.\
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, with a strong understanding of HV transmission principles and practices.\
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software.\
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.\
