Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Ledger Administrator to join our team at Rotherwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily invoices, verifying non-resale invoices, and reconciling supplier statements. You will also assist with purchase ledger accruals and raise purchase orders.

About the Position:
  • Process daily invoices for both imported and domestic stock.
  • Verify and process non-resale invoices.
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
  • Raise purchase orders as needed.
  • Assist with month-end purchase ledger accruals.
  • Responsible for daily bank reconciliation.
  • Raise and process weekly and bi-monthly supplier payments.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in purchasing or accounts payable is required.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: £33,600 - £43,200 per annum
