**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Entering and amending sales orders in line with customer requirements
- Raising and amending works orders
- Creating and uploading work schedules/instructions
- Uploading Bills of Material
- Uploading other documentation as required
- Annotation of PDF drawings (using Adobe Acrobat)
- Purchasing of direct and indirect materials.
- Calculating production efficiency from figures provided
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Self motivated
Salary offered will be dependent on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
