Our clients range from airport operators, international airlines, ground handling companies, support services, and household names in hospitality, transport, and logistics.
Due to our continued rapid growth, we have a requirement for a full-time experienced Administration Manager to join our existing security vetting team at our East Midland Airport office (DE74 2SA).
Reporting to the Security Vetting Manager, the main responsibility of the Administration Manager will be to supervise the day-to-day performance of a team of 5+ Security Vetting consultants. They will also ensure that the personnel we supply to our client operationsare security vetted in line
with guidelines set by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
No security vetting experience is required as full training is provided.
This role will involve moderate travel to client meetings and will involve working from our UK-based locations, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Administration Manager:

- Oversee the output of the security vetting team to ensure the team is performing in accordance with client service level agreements.
- Provide day-to-day supervisory support and workflow planning to the team.
- Oversee all client and internal vetting accounts and produce weekly progress reports for Senior Managers and clients.
- Conduct regular client business reviews (internal and external) via Teams or in person.
- Perform internal and external audit checks to ensure the business remains compliant.
- Ensure GDPR regulations are adhered to and where required implement training for all stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience Required for this Administration Manager Position:

- Experience in managing or leading an administration team from a service lead environment.
- Experience in managing client relationships or internal relationships with other departments within a business.
- Experienced in working work to Service Level Agreements (SLA) timeframes and managing multiple projects.
- Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A flexible approach and be able to work well within a dynamic and changeable business environment.

- £24,000 to £25,000 basic + up to £2,500 performance-based bonus per annum.
