Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IT Specialist to join our Platform team at QBE Europe. This role involves analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions, and supporting releases throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CSDM, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, and setting up integrations with various technologies. They should also be proficient in Web Services technologies such as HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, and document technical solutions to specific standards.
  • Create and action application strategies and roadmaps.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure active participation.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM elements of the platform.
  • Manage ITOM Discovery and broader ServiceNow capabilities within the suite.
