Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team at ScottishPower. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide account support to key TPI Brokers and internal teams, ensuring that we deliver a high level of end-to-end service. You will work closely with allocated TPIs to minimize issues and build key relationships.

In this role, you will operate SAP and deliver a quality service, dealing with queries including sales, registration, billing, COT, and renewals. You will also be required to operate Salesforce in an efficient and compliant manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on own or as part of a team. Experience of SAP in a service environment is preferred, but not essential.
