Professional Headhunter

Vanguard Site Services is seeking a Professional Headhunter to join our Glasgow office. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Construction sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and/or business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proficient in using Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

We offer a competitive salary, based on experience, and a performance-related bonus scheme. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' annual leave, increasing by one additional day per year of service, plus public holidays, and a company mobile and laptop.
