Glasgow Based Sales Development Manager

We are recruiting for a Glasgow-based Sales Development Manager to join our team at Vanguard Site Services. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth within the Construction sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and/or business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be proficient in using Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, and a performance-related bonus scheme. You will also receive 28 days' annual leave, increasing by one additional day per year of service, plus public holidays, and a company mobile and laptop.
