Role Overview:

The Technology Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading and managing multiple technology projects simultaneously, ensuring effective delivery of business value from these projects. This includes developing and implementing structured project management processes, collaborating with senior management to identify and prioritize opportunities for business improvement, and managing and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and escalate to senior management as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • PRINCE/APM or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
