IT Project Management Specialist

Job Title: IT Project Management Specialist
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional looking to drive project delivery and business improvement in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of structured project management processes, with a focus on delivering business value from IT projects.
The Role
- Assemble project plans and assign tasks to team members
- Direct and monitor work efforts daily, identifying resource needs and escalating issues as necessary
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans accordingly
- Partner with senior management to identify and prioritize opportunities for business improvement
This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, offering mostly remote working with minimal office attendance from one of our UK hubs. Occasional travel to customer sites across the UK may be required.
Essential Experience:
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Microsoft Project experience essential (and Project Server preferred)
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- PRINCE/APM or equivalent certification
- Certified Scrum Master or AgilePM certified
Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous holiday allowance, matched contribution pension scheme, and employee share scheme. Security Clearance: SC clearance is required for this role.
