Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading marketing teams, developing comprehensive marketing strategies in real estate or adjacent industries, and executing these strategies successfully.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing creative B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for each property asset
- Recruiting and leading a new marketing team
- Developing and managing content for social media channels
- Coordinating and managing partner events from conception to completion
- Managing the production of internal and external marketing collateral
- Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify marketing requirements and ensure messaging and outputs are aligned
The successful candidate will have:
- 15+ years of experience in property marketing
- Proven experience planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns within the property or real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
The salary for this role is c£130-150,000 base salary, and the working hours are 5 days in the office.
