At Sonderwell, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and support a young adult with complex needs in Wilmslow, Cheshire. Our client, who is visually impaired and experiences petit mal seizures, requires assistance with his daily life, including companionship and support with his religious practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and company to our client
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
- Work in partnership with healthcare experts and family members to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in career growth and training opportunities
- Undergo enhanced DBS checks and training prior to commencing work
