beBee Professionals is an inclusive learning community seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant to support students with special needs. This role involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special needs and be able to implement individualized education plans to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement individualized education plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure students meet their goals.
  • Support students with special needs, providing emotional support and accommodations to help them succeed academically and personally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Prior experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive education.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, free from barriers and biases.
Benefits
