About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Educational Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a member of our inclusive learning community, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs, helping them to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for inclusive education and a strong understanding of the importance of creating a supportive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Provide emotional support and accommodations to students with special needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in inclusive education.
Requirements
  • A minimum Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Prior experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive education.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, free from barriers and biases.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $48,000 - $58,000 per annum.
