Main Duties- Manage Lymphoedema caseloads and clinic provisions

Requirements- Qualified RGN with current registration with NMC
- Nursing Diploma or BSc (Hons) Community Health (DN)
- Relevant post-registration study at diploma/degree level and relevant CPD
- Physical Assessment Skills
- Nurse Prescriber V100 or V150
- Mentorship Preceptorship or equivalent
- Holistic assessment, core clinical and clinical reasoning skills
- Effective leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks
- Ability to lead by example and build a high-performance team
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
- IT literate with ability to use databases and other software packages
- Reliable, empathetic, approachable, understanding, non-judgmental and tolerant
- Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards
- Able to reflect and critically appraise own performance
- Has a positive attitude to change and is prepared to work flexibly
