Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Lymphoedema Specialist Practitioner in a community healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Lymphoedema caseloads, including service operations and staff development. The role requires effective leadership skills, ability to delegate tasks, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Lymphoedema caseloads, including clinic provisions and staff management.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based service delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Lead and participate in service and organisational change.
Requirements
  • Qualified RGN with current registration with NMC.
  • Nursing Diploma or BSc (Hons) Community Health (DN).
  • Relevant post-registration study at diploma/degree level and relevant CPD.
  • Physical Assessment Skills.
  • Nurse Prescriber V100 or V150.
  • Mentorship Preceptorship or equivalent.
