Job Title: Electronics Engineer Contract

Location: Rochester, UK

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's engineering team in Rochester as a 12-month contract role. The position requires on-site work for four days a week, adhering to BPSS security requirements and ITAR restrictions.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for digital and/or analogue design development, certification, and delivery. Key responsibilities include:
  • Basic understanding of digital and/or analogue electronics technologies, design tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in electronic circuits design, cable design, manufacture, commissioning, and integration.
  • Practical electronics skills including circuit card assembly, soldering, and wiring.

About the Role: This hybrid role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills. As an Electronics Engineer Contract, you will work closely with the design team to develop and deliver innovative solutions. Your strong understanding of electronic circuits design and analogue technologies will be essential in driving project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of analogue and digital electronics technologies.
