Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Globe Business Media Group. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales invoice process. This will involve data entry, administration of financial information, and maintenance of accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate invoicing to clients
  • Maintenance of accurate records of clients within accounting and CRM packages
  • Invoice amendments, reissues, and cancellations as necessary
  • Maintenance of revenue products in the system and keeping them updated
  • Providing assistance and guidance to sales and marketing teams to ensure contracts and sales orders are entered correctly
  • Maintenance of good relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Assistance in keeping line managers updated on debtor and unbilled issues
  • General support and administration to the wider team

Requirements

  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thorough, detailed, and methodical approach
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
